2025 Dodge Hornet Model Research

The 2025 Dodge Hornet is available in four trims: GT, GT Plus, R/T, and R/T Plus. Each trim features LED headlamps and daytime running lights, with GT models riding on 18-inch aluminum wheels. The R/T and R/T Plus models upgrade to 19-inch Abyss aluminum wheels and incorporate a distinctive front fascia with larger air inlets. GT Plus and R/T Plus trims add a dual-pane panoramic sunroof and power liftgate with programmable height settings. The R/T Plus trim includes a gloss black painted roof. All models showcase a wide stance, athletic frame, chiseled lines, and functional hood vents, complemented by dual exhaust outlets with bright tips.

The GT and GT Plus models feature a 2.0L Hurricane4 turbocharged engine generating 268 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The R/T and R/T Plus models employ a 1.3L turbocharged PHEV powertrain producing 288 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque, coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. All trims come standard with all-wheel drive. The R/T models include a PowerShot feature that adds 30 horsepower for up to 15 seconds. The PHEV models deliver 32 miles of all-electric range and up to 360 miles of total driving range.

The GT and GT Plus models accelerate from 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds, while the R/T and R/T Plus achieve the same sprint in 5.6 seconds. GT models reach an estimated top speed of 140 mph, leading the segment. The R/T models offer three drive modes: Hybrid, Electric, and E-Save. All trims include Sport Mode for enhanced throttle response and aluminum paddle shifters for manual gear control. The responsive all-wheel drive system comes standard across the lineup, and an optional Track Pack further enhances performance capabilities.

A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.25-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen dominate the dashboard. R/T and R/T Plus models feature Alcantara sport seats, while GT Plus and R/T Plus include heated front seats and steering wheel. Red contrast stitching and a flat-bottom leather-wrapped steering wheel emphasize the sporty character. The optional Harman Kardon Premium Audio System offers 14 speakers and a subwoofer. Standard technology includes wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging, and multiple USB Type A-C ports.
